From R&D to mass production, each details is taken care of and each model must pass 200000 times endurance test specified by international wheelchair standard before putting to market.
From material receiving to full assembly,Jerry is very strict in quality control of more than 20 procedures.
In tube fabrication,we use digital control cutting machine to cut tubes in dozens then erase sharp edges and angles by chamfer machines.
Through automatic benders and related fixtures , we bend tubes comply with the drawings then by using specialized punching machine.
We punch holes on the bended tubes and cut notches to enhance the welding effect.
For alum frame, we use argon welding to intensify the welding strength.
By using OTC ROBOTS IMPRORTED FROM JAPAN, we do carbon-dioxide protection welding for mass production with uniform models to ensure technical detail and quality stability .
During the wheel assembly, technical staff would mount spokes and check side deviation and axle deviation to guarantee wheel running stability, then put them on tire mounting machine for fast tire mounting.
On the assembly line, our workers will finish ten procedures: handle,armrest, footrest, motor, battery case, cross brace ,seat&back upholstery and joystick mounting.
After assembly, technical staff will check assembled wheelchair quality .
If passed, it will be put on monitored test road according to ISO standard for full quality inspection and electric control system adjustment as well as motor check. We take care of each procedure with discretion.
